As an out-of-network physician, I do not contract with insurance companies and cannot accept medicaid.  This allows me to provide highly personalized and comprehensive care without the limitations of insurance-driven models. A superbill is easily accessible on The Conrad Clinic's patient portal.

Superbill:

A superbill is a detailed receipt for medical care that includes the information and billing codes your insurance company may need to consider reimbursement for out-of-network services. Because The Conrad Clinic is a concierge, direct-pay practice, we do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we are happy to provide a superbill for eligible services that you may submit to your insurance carrier. For many families, a superbill offers several benefits: it may help you access available out-of-network reimbursement, gives you a clear record of the care provided, and offers added transparency around diagnoses, services, and charges. Coverage varies by plan, and any reimbursement depends on your specific out-of-network benefits, deductible, and insurer policies.
